Low Code Needs Assessment
Engagement Overview
The Low Code Needs Assessment engagement enables partners to demonstrate the benefits of Low Code solutions to SMB customers. This engagement can be delivered as part of a solution- or platform-led pitch depending on where the customer is in the Low Code adoption journey. In this 4-to-6-hour assessment, partners should focus on replacing ad hoc, manual processes and paper, or Excel-based systems, with automated workflows, applications, bots, dashboards, reports, and/or webpages in SMB accounts that use either Dynamics 365 or Microsoft 365 and Teams. You can deliver this workshop and be paid up to the approved value of the engagement. The funding provided by Microsoft is intended to be a co-investment to help customers modernize and is not expected to cover the cost of all the work required.
Inspire
Showcase the Microsoft 365 Copilot vision and value by driving “Art of the Possible” style conversations and demos. Discuss AI re-invention and value of Microsoft 365 Copilot, touching on the importance of data security and adoption and change management.
Assess
Assess customer’s needs and AI readiness by driving technical readiness assessments. Facilitate executive-level interviews, data analysis and workshopping to identify high-value functional scenarios across priority departments
Design
Develop the business case and plan for implementation based on prioritized scenarios. Define next steps and timeline to develop and implement the solution.
